WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
1. Timeframe & Scope of Application
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon receipt. If there
is any issue such as wrong item, wrong size, missing parts, or damage during shipping,
please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, the
order will be considered complete and no claims will be accepted.
The return/exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt
and applies only to products with technical or manufacturing defects.
2. Return/Exchange Conditions
- Exchanged/returned products must be in their original condition with tags and labels intact, unused/unwashed, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Products must include the original box, packaging, and any accompanying accessories (if applicable).
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable to promotional items, special discounts, or products damaged due to customer misuse.
- In cases where payment has been successfully processed but the customer requests a cancellation or refund based on personal preference without a valid reason under the policy, a processing fee equivalent to 50% of the order value (excluding taxes and incurred service fees) will be applied.
- All costs arising from the return of goods (including but not limited to: two-way shipping fees, packaging costs, and carrier service fees) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded via the original payment method within 07–10 working days after the store confirms the successful receipt of the returned goods.
- By completing the payment, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the store's entire Exchange/Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund Policy
General rule: refunds are not applicable.
Exception: If the company is unable to deliver the item due to stock
unavailability or discontinued product, a full refund will be issued via the original
payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Fees
All shipping fees related to returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer.
Luxury Fashion does not cover shipping costs, except in special cases that will
be
considered and confirmed in writing or via email.
5. Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Luxury Fashion’s customer service hotline or email within the applicable
timeframe
to register your return/exchange request.
- Provide product images/videos and the purchase invoice for verification.
- Send the item back according to instructions provided.
- Luxury Fashion will inspect the product; if all conditions are met, we will proceed
with an
exchange or refund based on our policy.
