Customers are responsible for checking the products immediately upon receipt.
If there are any wrong models, incorrect sizes, missing items, or damages caused during shipping, customers must notify within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the order will be considered complete and the customer forfeits the right to make a complaint.
The return policy applies only within 7 days from the date of receipt and is only valid for products with technical defects or manufacturing faults.
